Boot Camp Training is provided in a friendly atmosphere to encourage and support you no matter your starting fitness level. Each activity can be progressed or regressed depending on your fitness level.
We will work using your entire body – heart and muscles – in this fast-paced exercise program. We utilize HICT (high interval circuit training), HIIT (high-intensity interval training), Pilates, games, teamwork, and MORE! Use your body for resistance for full functional training benefits…all while having FUN!
The workouts include calisthenics like push-ups, jumping jacks, crunches, and aerobic exercises. We will challenge your body to its limit while increasing your resting metabolic rate. You’ll burn calories long after you’ve stopped working out!
