Meet Lori Comshaw
I was a “late in life” exerciser. I didn’t grow up exercising or playing sports. I sure made up for it though! At age 39, I went back to college to get a degree in Exercise and Sports Science from USC-Aiken, graduating in 2008. My passion for health and wellness grew the more I learned. My personal repertoire grew from 5K’s to marathons to 70.3 Ironman races. I hosted the Couch to 5K program and Aiken Kid’s Marathon here in Aiken for many years. My joy comes from helping others find their passion for exercise and movement. Whether it’s being in their best shape for a special day, training for a sporting event, or retiring in place, I blend all the science and personal experiences in my wheelhouse to help clients of all levels be their best.
My fitness philosophy is to “train from the inside out.” My passion is creating a healthy inside, like your arteries, heart, blood pressure, and lungs. All of my Training Programs do this and will help decrease stress and create an overall sense of well-being.
The nutritional aspects of healthy living and weight loss/gain is at the core of my training. No matter what your reasons for getting fit, good nutrition will help you achieve your goals.
