Boot Camp Group

Pickleball Conditioning

Stay healthy with this conditioning class! Improve flexibility, joint range of motion, agility, strength, stamina, and balance while having fun. Class is tailored from the beginner player to the advanced player.

Highlights of the class:

  • Balance training to prevent falls

  • Range of motion and rotator cuff strengthening for optimal swings and overheads

  • Core strength for spinal stability and to prevent falls

  • Stronger legs for knee support

  • Improve reflex and mobility

  • Strengthen forehand and backhand stroke motions

  • Proper shoe tying for optimal agility and to reduce risk of falls and ankle sprains


Class Schedule & Fees

NOW PART OF LUNCHTIME BOOTCAMP

Every Monday & Friday from 12:30-1:15pm at the H. Odell Weeks Activities Center.
Sign up early! Minimum number of participants needed.

Pay monthly = $8 per class; Drop-in rate is $15 per class
