One-On-One Personal Training

With Lori Comshaw as your Personal Trainer you will be motivated to stay the course. One-On-One personal training is just that, personal. Just wanted you to know that I played golf yesterday and for the first time in over a year I walked the nine holes pushing a cart.  I had the low round, had three birdies (most ever), was able to reach down and get the ball out of the cup, and I wasn't tired when we finished.  Better yet, I was able to get out of bed this morning and go play pickleball. Have come a long way from not being able to take off my socks, and none of this would have been possible without Trainers Lori and April. Many thanks.
