Our mission on is to provide a vibrant, educational, and safe training environment which may lead to a life changing experience within a supportive and encouraging group.

Couch to 5K is a beginner (3.1 miles) training program. This program is designed for people who are currently inactive or new to running and walking. While the Couch to 5k training focuses on beginners, all levels of runners and walkers are welcome. The program is structured to help participants cross the finish line in 10 weeks.

Along the way, we'll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advise, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you'll have the camaraderie of others just like you!

I just wanted to thank you again for supporting me in my first 5K race. I know you have plenty of other things to do on a Saturday morning, you sure didn't have to come out and run with a newbie! You really went above and beyond! I want you to know how important it was to me and how much I truly appreciate it.
